From the driver who hit you: his/her name, address, insurer, insurance policy; write down detail regarding his car.
For yourself: pull together copies of your insurance card, registration, license; start saving any/all invoices, bills, estimates, or receipts for costs or damage he caused, or costs arising out of the accident (e.g. if you have to rent a car); names, phone numbers, addresses, etc. of any other witnesses.
Make notes of any/all facts about the accident (date, time, location, etc.).
