hi need to know if it is legale for an employer to change me from a hourly rate to a salary with out doing the proper paper work saying I agree to the change and I left that job my last paycheck was for an hourly rate is that legale and which I have not received my last paystub I know the amount I was last paid by going to my bank and checking is any of this legit or not I love in ny state

There is NO paperwork that the employer has to do to change how you are paid (e.g. hourly vs. salaried); your employer also does not need your consent or agreement to this change. All employment is "employment at will"; one of the things that means is that your employer can set or change how (and how much) you are paid at any time, without prior warning/notice or your consent.
