How can I avoid getting my license suspended from a second MIP?

2nd MIP was a violation of my diversion program for my 1st MIP. What am I facing? Do I need a lawyer? In Ingram County, MI.

For a second offense and violation of probation your could be facing imprisonment of up to 30 days, a fine of up to $200.00, or both.  Additionally, you may be ordered to participate in a substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation program, as well as perform community service, and to undergo substance abuse screening and assessment at your own expense.

As for your license, I'm not sure what you can do as this is a second offense.  Possibly a claim of hardship might prevail.  At this point, you should consider having an attorney represent you for this.
