How can I break my 1 year apartment lease?
Me and my roommate need to break a 1 year lease, and only have been living here for a month, I can not find any lease break agreement in the lease, so what is there left to do besides finding a new tenant to replace us.

That is about it, unless you are victims of domestic violence or have some other legitimate reason for breaking the lease. Otherwise, you will be on the hook for the rent until the landlord can find someone else to rent to. Of course, the landlord has an obligation to mitigate his damages by attempting to rerent the dwelling.
