How can I claim family property in the possession of a non-relative?
This is all that is left of my fathers’ mothers’ family. We would like to have this item as it has been in our family since late 1800’s. Can you please give some direction as to what can be done?

Was ther estate of your father's mother ever probated, so as to direct the property of unnknown value to the rightful person?
