How can I get a lawyer to take my case if it’s not worth to much money because a dentist pulled the wrong tooth?

You can't "get" a lawyer to take a case if they are not interested in it. If the case is not worth much, lawyers will not take it on contingency that is, they will not take it for a share of whatever is recovered. You could probably find a lawyer who will do it on a straight hourly basis, but 1 you would almost certainly if the lawyer is smart have to provide a several thousand dollar retainer upfront and 2 could end up spending more on the lawsuit than you'll get back.
You do have the right to bring the lawsuit yourself, however--that is, to act as your own attorney "pro se".
