been married. I have never lived with
my husband. We don’t even live in the

You can divorce the same as if you had lived together. However, if you never consumated the marriage due to one spouse being impotent, then under state law you may be eligible for an annulment (there are also other reasons that would qualify you). Basically, an annulment is different from a divorce in that a divorce ends a marriage but an annulment means that no valid marriage ever existed since the marriage was legally invalid from the start. At this point, you can consult directly with a local divorce attorney who can advise you further.
