Contract your state's Department of Labor; one of their functions is to enforce the wage and hour laws, and they will sometimes bring claims or seek compensation on behalf of employees whom they believe have a valid overtime claim. However, you should also consult with an employment law attorney, if one will provide a free initial consultation to evaluate a case (many do; you can ask this over the phone, before coming in): in some cases, a winning employee in a wage and hour case can get attorney's fees, too, so legal costs may not be an issue. This is something to discuss with a lawyer in detail.
