How do I get a divorce if my spouse has been deported?
I want to divorce my husband and get child support and back pay child support. He got deported 3 months ago (not his first time). He has a social security card but his ID has expired. I don’t know where he is in Honduras nor do I care.

You should use every effort to obtain an address for your husband, including contacting members of his family. Before your divorce can be finalized you will have to provide some kind of notice to him that you have filed for divorce. And if you expect to get child support, you need to find out exactly where he is, and find his employer if you can. You can always hire a private investigator to locate your husband.
