How do I get legally separated with my wife who was born and has moved back to Canada?
I married a woman from Canada in the US almost 2 years ago. We have a two year old son. She lived here for a year, since then she has cancelled her residency process and has moved back to Canada. She wants to be legally separated. I’m not sure how to go about this? Do I get counsel ihere or Canada? How do I start the process?
