How doI get my ex-landlord to sign a satisfaction?
I had a landlord take me to court after he broke the lease for more rent. Of course he lost but I still was told to pay half the water bill. I paid it but it’s on my credit as not paid because he did not sign the satisfaction and now he refuses to go sign it.

You need to file a credit report dispute with all three credit reporting agencies. You get one free credit report from each of the agencies once a year. File the dispute (you can do so online now) and supplement the dispute with proof of payment and see how this is handled. Further, contact the court and file a motion to have the court order you satisfied the judgment. That should help you.
