How do I get my felonies expunged?
I have 2 felonies that are over 13 years old; one for possession and the other for burglary. I have not been in trouble for a long time.

In Washington State, your expungement request to erase non-conviction information indicates the granting party may deny your claim if you were convicted of a felony or gross misdemeanor. So in your situation you face an uphill battle. You should consider hiring counsel to show your history of rehabilitation, your connection to the community, your work history, family history, any awards or honors you have received since then and the like. While your felonies were a long time ago, the fact is they were serious felonies and without an attorney who has extensive and successful experience in obtaining expungements for individuals with multiple felony convictions, you may be doing yourself a disservice.
