How do I go about collecting my last check after having resigned from a job?
My last day of employment was 06/03/16 and I still haven’t been mailed my check.

The fact is that an employer does not have to mail a final paycheck; they can mandate that than employee who has left the company come in to pick up their paycheck in person. if an in-person meeting is ththe reason tht you have not been paid, then you can sue your former employer in small claims court and/or file a wage claim with the Department of Industrial Relations. In CA, an employee who does not have a written agreement for a definite period of employment and who quits without giving prior notice, must be paid their wages within 72 hours.
