How do I go about getting spousal support reinstated?
It was ordered in another state, then we got back together here. I forgave the arrears now I need the support reinstated. I am not working at this time.

If there is a current dissolution pending and you want spousal support reinstated you need to file a petition with that court seeking such. If that action was dismissed, then you need to file a new dissolution action seeking the spousal support that you are writing about.
