If you were in an automobile accident where you had no insurance and you lost your driver's license, you need to carefully review the order stating the period where you lost your license to drive. Once the period is up, you then go down to your local department of motor vehicles and take the test to get your license back.
Assuming you pass the test and get your driver's license back, you go and obtain insurance to insure you for any vehicle you drive especially your own. Good luck.
