How do I know if I was in my stepmom’s Will?

My dad passed and now my stepmom has passed. How do I find out if I was in her Will. When my dad passed my stepmom’s family didn’t seem to want me around so I can’t ask them anything.

If you were listed as a beneficary in a Will, then the executor would have had to have informed you of this. Additionally, once a Will is netered into probate it becomes a matter of pubic record. At that poaint anyon eis entited to see a copy of it. That having been said, if you feel that something is being withheld from you, you cancontact the apporpriate probate court.
