How do I retract my testimony to the grand jury as a witness to an auto accident?
I do not wish to be on record as a witness in this case any longer. I was subpoenaed to court and ignored it. The next day the cops showed up and brought me to court. I was pushed by the DA to give a statement under oath to the grand jury. I wish to take it back or change it.

Please go and speak with a lawyer in your area. If the statement you gave to the grand jury was not true then you will be charged with perjury. If, however, you were coerced then you have to be very careful how this is handled and you need a lawyer to run interference for you.
