One of the easiest business entities to form is a sole proprietorship. The fact is that just by conducting business on your own you may be opretaing as an SP. Under some local laws an SP may not even be required to registered, although registration is a good way to protect a business. Further, there are additional steps that can be taken to protect both business and personal assets.
