You can contact the Texas Attorney General and ask them to issue a wage garnishment. On their web site, they also have a portal where you can submit your payments electronically. They also have a new feature where you can actually go make your child support payments at Wal-Mart...so consider these other two options until a garnishment order is sent to your employer.
