Generally speaking - but double check with your attorney as to your state laws - in a final divorce hearing it is only necessary for the Petitioner (you) to be present to testify. The court will want to make sure that your husband had notice and an opportunity to have a representative present (because it is unlikely that they will transport him from jail for the hearing).
