How long can I stay in the United States after my tn visa expires or I quit my job
I plan on getting married in the next few weeks
and submitting paper to get my green card. I
am currently working under a tn visa. Can I quit
my job and then apply to be married and be ok
to stay in the USA until my green card comes
through?

Yes, you can do that if you are getting married to a US citizen and your appplication to adjust status will be on that basis. You will be eligible for an employment authorization document while your green card process is pending. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
