You need to speak with an attorney in your area. Although some states - like California - reginize that a hotel guest can become a "tenant" after a certain number of days, I can not see where in the New Hamphshire code this would be. In fact, in the laws governing eviction is the only place I see that hotel guests have an tenant-like status as they are considered month to month tenants for eviction purposes. Get help. Good luck.
