How long does the court have to schedule my arraignment hearing?
It’s been over 30 day since I was arrested for DUI (first). How long does the court have to schedule my arraignment hearing? Is there a time limit? If they have lost the paperwork will it be dismissed?

Question for you-- were you arrested and released from the station the next day/same night? If so, the arraignment was likely the next day-- you may want to check with the clerk's office to see if there's a warrant. Most police station bail outs I do, the arraignment happens the following morning. What county are you in if you don't mind me asking?
