The state of Alabama has a 60 day waiting period for remarriage after divorce. Is that what is being put in the papers?  Then really they are just complying with the law. Technically you could not even marry in another state that has no waiting period becuse each state gives full faith and credit to the laws of other states.  So technically you would be considered a bigamist - marrying while already married becuase the divorce is not final until 60 days after divorce.  Good luck.
