With the exceptions of such professions as airline pilots, long distance truckers and some medical personnel and the like, there are no limits as to the number of days/hours that an employee can be scheduled to work. This is true whether or not they are exempt or non-exempt, although non-exempt are eligible for OT. The exception here would be if such a schedule violates the terms of a union contract/employment agreement or in some way constitutes a form of actionable discrimination.
