How much privacy can I expect regading remote work?
I work for a company in which I work remotely. If I am on break for a few minutes longer than my allotted 15 minutes they log into my camera and look into my home. Is this normal? It seems quite intrusive.

Absent some form of legally actionable discrimination or an employment contract/union agreement to the contrary, a company can set the conditions of work much as it sees fit. This includes camera surveillance for both on and off site employees.
