You can file for a simple divorce yourself or you can hire an attoreny to do it for you they can then go over their costs with you directly. If you choose to do it on your own, you can contact the court and the clerk can inform you of all the filing fees involved. If you cannot afford them, you can ask the judge to waive them but you will need to provide proof of your inability to pay.
