How old do you have to be to sign an apartment lease?
If I’m only 17 can my parents co-sign and I can live there without a parent?

You need to be 18 to rent an apartment because the lease is a contract between landlord and tenant, and you would need to be 18 to sign a contract (lease). If your parents rent the apartment and let you live there, that would be an option.
