It will mainly be an inconvience. Many states will not extradite misdemeanors.. so you could get arrested, be held for a couple of weeks, and then be released after the other state decides not to extradite. This could potentially happen each time you have an encounter with law enforcement. If you do a good job of not running in the police... then it's not a problem.... but if you travel by plane or you're prone to speeding tickets, it could become a frequent inconvenience.
