What to do if I’m 17 years old and pregnant but the father refuses to acknowledge that the child is his?
I am certain that it is his. He recently told me that he will refuse to pay child support. Although, he lives in America he told me he is not an American citizen and will return to his country of origin before the baby is born. What can I do?

I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney about the matter that you have written about to see what your legal recourse is. Until the child is born there really is not much you can do about a paternity action against the presumed father. Once the child is born, then you file the action for paternity and child supprt.
