If I’m a dentist with 4 employees and another dentist came to 3 of my employees over a year ago and offered them huge salaries to go work for him, do I have any legal recourse?
These employees did not apply to any job but were solicited by this other dentist, and it has resulted in substantial financial loss for my practice.

No, you do not have legal recourse against the other dentist in our employment at will, free market society, anyone can solicit any other person's or business's employees to come work for them. IF you Dr employees had signed non-competition agreements, you could potentially sue them for breach of contract if their actions violated those agreements.
