I am a supervisors
I have worked for 15 years for this company and only worked Monday to Thursday 6:30 to 2:30. That was the verbal agreement. I have always got an exceeds when coming to my raise. However, now they are telling me that I have to work 5 days a week and night and weekends or I will have to step down. Is there anything I can do?

Unless you have a guaranteed work schedule as provided under the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, then your hours can be changed at your company's discretion. In fact, in an "at will" work situation an employer can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination).
