Under the laws of all states in this country an employee who is paid an hourly wage who works more than forty (40) hours per week or eight (8) hours on a given day is entitled to overtime pay usually at 1.5 times per the employee's normal hourly wage. You would be eligible for overtime pay from what you have written.
