If you are solely under investigation for a robbery and there has been no formal charges filed against youthen there is nothing for you to turn yourself in for unless you actually did in fact commit the robbery that you are writing about.
If in fact you did commit the crime that you are under investigation for and want to turn yourself in for it and make a confession as to the crime, before doing so I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney for his or her advice as how best to proceed in the criminal matter.
