It is possible that the use of their customer list to market your own services may be considered misappropriation of their proprietary business information, so the answer is that a lawsuit on this basis is possible. If you market to all buildings or businesses in an area which might use your services, including your former customers, that should be fine; but targetting the customers of your former business, who you only know about because of your employment, could lead to liability.
