Can my landlord make me move out for no reason?
I am on Section 8 and have been living in my apartment for 2 years without ever missing or being late on a rent payment. I am disabled and have severe medical problems. My landlord says he wants me to move out due to the fact I have made several complaints about his other tenants. My complaints have all been valid complaints and he gave me no warning that my complaints could cause me to be evicted. I was merely expressing my rights. I have never had a problem with my neighbors personally.

You cannot be evicted for complaining about other tenants. If you are evicted, you can sue the landlord for retaliatory eviction. Retaliatory eviction means that you were evicted for something that is NOT a breach of the lease. Retaliatory eviction is eviction due to the landlord retaliating against you.
