Can I move from a Chapter 13 to Chapter 7?
I am in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy; it has been 2 1/2 years ago. I want to file a Chapter 7. About 70% is student loans and the rest are unsecured items.

if your situation has changed since you filed chapter 13 you may be able to convert to chapter 7. if you have a lawyer ask him/her and they should help you since you have paid them for your chapter 13 case. a lawyer would have to review it with you to amke the determination.
