What can I do regarding my own Will if my husband refuses to do one?
My husband refuses to do a Will, not all of our assets are in both our names. I have 4 children from previous marriage. My husband and I have no children. Is there any benefit for me to do my own Will since he refuses to do any Will?

The benefit to you of havng your own will is that it lets you control where your assets go...for example, you could have anything purely your property (and not joint property) go your previous-marriage children. And if your husband predeceases you, as his wife, you will inherit most or all of his assets, in which case your will controls where everything goes after you later pass away.
