What to do if I am on disability and the company who is supposed to issue me a check has constantly delayed it for 7 weeks?

I am on disability and the company who is supposed to issue me a check has constantly said that the doctor isn’t writing down something correctly. However, when I contacted my doctor’s office they have filled out the paperwork 3 different times yet it isn’t sufficient enough. It has been 7 weeks trying to correct this my second check yet it took me 6 week to receive my first check when I am supposed to get them weekly.

How frustrating for you.  I might contact the state Department of Insurance and file a complaint against the disability carrier if you can not figure out the wording needed.  I would call the carrier one last time and see what "buzz words" trigger coverage.  You got one check at least so maybe the doctor's office can figure it out from there.  Good luck.
