If I’m on probation for a DUI charge and received a trespassing citation, will my probation officer find out?

I was in Las Vegas when this happened. Should I report this?

If the trespassing citation is really an infraction as opposed to a misdemenaor then most likely your probation officer will not find out about the trespass charge. I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney in your locality to resolve the trespass citation as a safeguard as to your probation matter. Such an attorney can be found on attorneypages.com.
