If your landlord has left a lot of her personal belongings in a room in the unit that you are renting, you need to call her and ask that she remove the items as soon as possible. Follow up with the call with a letter memorializing the conversation, keeping a copy of the letter for future need and reference.
You can simply state that you do not want the responsibility of having her property in the unit you are renting. When you rented her property, you did not agree to be the caretaker for her personal belongings.
