How do I get a copy of a Trust of which I am a beneficiary?
My father, who is still living, has put me on his Trust as a beneficiary. I am on my father’s Trust as a beneficiary. I am trying to get a copy of the trust. Do I have a legal right to obtain a copy of the Trust?

Once the "settlor" of the trust - that would be your Father - has passed (as I am assuming that he is the bebeficiary of the proceeds while he is alive) then you should receive a copy of the trust. You are most likely not a beneficiary now while he is alive and so you have no rights as of yet. Good luck.
