What should I do if I believe that I am the victim of fraud?
I was contacted about being pre-approved for a loan of $3000. I paid fees upon fees, and they are still not sending me money, and i am being lied to about the situation. The company is National Payday Loan Services. I have paid them over $1000, but they will not refund my money, or send me the loan, saying there are other fees involved.

You should report the matter to teh Attorney general in your state. This smells like a scam or, at a minimum, a company that is violating necessary disclosure laws related to loans.
