What are my ights if I believe that I am being discriminated against due to my age?

Scheduling is done by senority. I keep losing my hours to younger employees. Most recently, another, younger employee was given a new title of F&B Manager in the sales department and also given my hours on the night shift as server. She does the same duties that I did as server. When I quetioned this i was told that she has other duties that she does during the day. My weekend shifts were given to another younger person who was not available to work weekends.

Age discrimination cases have become very difficult to bring because of some recent rulings by the US Supreme Court.  You practically need someone to tell you that your're not getting the shifts because of your age.  And, of course, you need to be over 40 years old.  If scheduling is done by seniority, and if you have been with the company a long time, then you should be getting shifts.  You may benefit from meeting with an employment lawyer.
