What to do if I bought a new car and they pressured me into buying a warranty?
I made sure when I signed that it did not say that I could not return or change my mind. I went back the very next day and they said I could not get my money back, I had to keep the warranty. I said it does not state that anywhere in the contract and they said it does not matter. What can I do?

They, unfortunately, are right: a contract, once signed is enforceable, and there is no right to "change your mind" and get out of it, UNLESS the contract itself states that you can change your mind after the fact. In the absence of a term in the agreement letting you out of it, they can hold you to it. Legally, you were not "pressured" in any sense that would help you a court--a "hard sell" is not considered illegal pressure. Unless you were blackmailed or threatened to sign, it is most likely that you can be held to what you signed.
