my brither is in jail since 3 yrs in the day he was arrested he call me to made a phone call to te person that accuses him to told him that if somebody aks for him that he that he dont know him, but rigth now im a witness in the same case for the phone call but they told me taht i can be arrested for threat and somebody told me that its better if i go with a lawer because they can arrest me for thet matter.

I don't know what your brother is charged with, or what he actually did or didn't do. But by having you make that phone call for him, he got you involved in all of it, and it wasn't a kind thing for him to do. It's time to protect yourself; trust your lawyer, not your brother, at this point.
