If I declared bankruptcy 24 years ago, is there any way that I can file again?
Now I am living on SSD and struggling.

There are limits as to the time in which a persoan can file for another bankruptcy. However, under any scenario, after 24 years you are free to file for either a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13.
