If I drive a company vehicle to work every day and it is a one hour drive each way, should I be paid for drive time?

Probably not: whether or not you are driving a company vehicle (or your own car), your commute to/from your regular place of business is not compensible (or rather: your employer does not need to compensate you, but is free to do so if he/she likes). If you are doing work along the drive--for example, delivering product; picking up orders; etc.--then that would be different; that could convert what is otherwise non-compensible commuting time to compensible work time.
