What to do if I fell on an icy walkway at my apartment?
I got a concussion and injured my upper back. The ins company my complex has has a $500 medical policy regardless of who is liable. They are asking me to release my medical recorders for the last year to get the money? Do I have to do this? The $500 will only be enough to pay my co-pays using my insurance.

Don't agree to anything or sign anything until you contact a Minnesota personal injury lawyer to review your situation. He or she can review your rental agreement and assess its validity as well as advise you regarding your medical records. Many personal injury attorneys charge on a contingency fee basis.
