Since ten years have elapsed since your previous bankruptcy, you are eligible to file bankruptcy again.

As you know from your previous bankruptcy, the credit cards are unsecured debts which can be eliminated by filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.  Chapter 7 is straight liquidation.
